Please review the Tom Hawkins school supply lists below for the 2026–2027 school year. Families should bring the requested items on the first day of school unless otherwise noted.

Important Notes

  • All students in grades K–8 will need individual earbuds.
  • Students in grades 5–8 will be issued Chromebooks that will be transported to and from school.
  • For students in grades 5–8, a backpack with a padded laptop storage area is recommended to help prevent damage.
  • Students are financially responsible for broken Chromebooks.

2nd Grade

Please bring these items on the first day of school. Please do not label these items with your child’s name unless noted.

  • Standard-size backpack without wheels
  • 2 two-pocket folders with pockets on the bottom and no prongs
  • 3 boxes of Kleenex
  • 1 box of quart-size Ziploc bags, last names A–K
  • 1 package of unscented baby wipes, last names L–Z
  • 2 packs of color crayons, 24 count
  • 2 black Expo dry erase markers
  • 3 large glue sticks, approximately 0.77 ounce
  • 2 packs of pre-sharpened pencils
  • 1 pair of wired earphones or earbuds that fit comfortably on your child’s ears. Please open them, place them in a baggie, and label them with your child’s name.
